If a team is dumb enough to take any of the Brave minor leaguers for a stud anything...that GM should be Coppy'd out of baseball. It's that barren. You got lotto tickets and scratch offs that have revealed no winning numbers and "ticket" is showing. Guanipa is it....perhaps Baldwin /Alvarez..and then...poof. A major leaguer and a lotto ticket is what you have to deal from. Ritchie, I like a lot, Fuentes..so raw but improving. Like 50 said, the college draftees are open game. AA.....I want to see the magic.
Miguel Andujar Is an interesting name that mlb linked us to. Pretty even splits with .320+ xwoba. Super cheap with extra year of control. Doubt he would cost much and we could cut and run from Duvall.

Time to get on the Jack Flaherty bandwagon again?
If the White Sox were smart they would dump Crochet..
I could also see a reunion with Pilar. I don’t think anything big is going to happen. The team is good enough right now to win. Just need some tweaks and to stay below the third tax threshold.

Need a lh platoon partner for Duvall. When Harris is back, Harris, Duvall/new guy, and kelenic/laureano
Marlins pitcher Jesus Luzardo, who has been mentioned in trade rumors, is on the IL and may not return before the deadline
Chopping With The Braves And Rolling With The Tide
May have to take some glances at the Blue Jays. They’re fading in an already disappointing season for them.

And for god’s sake will someone get Bill out of the damn street.
How about Jazz Chisholm to platoon with Duvall and when Harris returns move him back to shortstop?
Should the braves consider max scherzer?

According to roster resource the Braves are at about $273M, and the next threshold is $277M. https://www.fangraphs.com/roster-res...payroll/braves
They most likely have about $4M in payroll space to add at the deadline, so folks should probably adjust expectations accordingly.

I mean, if you could make it work, then I like him as a last push for a title type candidate.. He is a bulldog and should be someone you could count on if healthy in Oct.
Let look.. making 43 million.. Mets paying 20 million this year (lol) So the rangers are paying roughly 23 mill for him. That makes them eating a lot of the ~20 million remaining for the year more doable I guess. But will the rangers be sellers? he is coming back Jacob coming back.. that is something I would like if I could even get the WC in the AL.
