As I could see, they aren't ranked in the top 50 which means they'll be great!

Given the restrictions we are operating under, we can't sign the top prospects. But in recent years we've been able to sign Albies, Acuna and Peraza to comparatively modest bonuses.

They are pretty good at spotting middle infielders internationally or perhaps they just take a volume of them.
